In this interactive session, we will review the science behind mindfulness and how it has been shown to help with chronic pain. We will practice guided meditation and discuss how to establish a regular mindfulness practice on your own. No prior experience needed.

Since this is a medical visit, it is covered by most insurances and you would be responsible for co-pays, deductibles as you would for any in-person physician visit.
