Get 2019 off to a great start by learning to prepare flavorful, vegetable-centric dishes. Integrative Health and Wellbeing Registered Dietitian Jackie Topol will show how to make 3 dishes that are not only easy to create, but nutritious and filling too. In the class, participants will learn how to make: cauliflower “fried” rice, quinoa and kale salad with dried cranberries and almonds, and curried carrot soup. Recipes and samples will be provided.
