As a Level I Trauma Center, our trauma team is not just dedicated to saving the lives of people with significant injuries, but also to helping educate the public about safety and injury prevention. We work across the spectrum of ages to spread awareness of trauma injury prevention.

Our A Matter of Balance Program addresses the fear of falling and provides opportunity for socialization with peers. Older adults living alone or community-dwelling are often at risk for social isolation. Social isolation is associated with cognitive decline, and depression, both of which can increase the risk of falling.

Classes will start soon. Please fill out the interest form using this registration link and we will contact you when a class becomes available.

We also host coach courses! Fill out our interest form if you want to learn how you can become a coach and bring this program to your community.
