About this Event
Struggling with weight despite doing “all the right things?" You’re not alone — and weight loss is not just about willpower or calories.
This 4-week program with Dr. Chiti Parikh takes a different approach to weight management. Instead of focusing only on what you eat, we help you reset the key signals that control your metabolism: sleep, stress, hormones, and circadian rhythm.
Using your wearable data (like sleep, heart rate, and activity), you’ll learn how your body responds to daily habits — and how small changes can lead to meaningful, sustainable results.
What You’ll Learn:
- How sleep and light exposure impact hunger, cravings, and weight
- How stress affects metabolism and how to use simple tools to reset your nervous system
- The most effective types of exercise for fat loss and insulin sensitivity
- How meal timing and intermittent fasting can support metabolic health
- Role of medications such as GLP-1 to support your metabolism
What to Expect:
- 4 weekly group sessions (60 minutes each)
- Intake visit to collect personalized data: labs, Inbody scan, and resting metabolic rate test
- Practical, easy-to-follow strategies you can apply immediately
- Personalized insights using your own data from wearables (required)
- A supportive, non-judgmental environment
This Program is Ideal for:
- Anyone struggling with weight or stubborn belly fat
- Busy professionals or parents looking for realistic solutions
- Those who feel “stuck” despite dieting or exercising
- Individuals who want a more holistic, sustainable approach to weight management
