Struggling with weight despite doing “all the right things?" You’re not alone — and weight loss is not just about willpower or calories.

This 4-week program with Dr. Chiti Parikh takes a different approach to weight management. Instead of focusing only on what you eat, we help you reset the key signals that control your metabolism: sleep, stress, hormones, and circadian rhythm.

Using your wearable data (like sleep, heart rate, and activity), you’ll learn how your body responds to daily habits — and how small changes can lead to meaningful, sustainable results.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How sleep and light exposure impact hunger, cravings, and weight
  • How stress affects metabolism and how to use simple tools to reset your nervous system
  • The most effective types of exercise for fat loss and insulin sensitivity
  • How meal timing and intermittent fasting can support metabolic health
  • Role of medications such as GLP-1 to support your metabolism

What to Expect:

  • 4 weekly group sessions (60 minutes each)
  • Intake visit to collect personalized data: labs, Inbody scan, and resting metabolic rate test
  • Practical, easy-to-follow strategies you can apply immediately
  • Personalized insights using your own data from wearables (required)
  • A supportive, non-judgmental environment

This Program is Ideal for:

  • Anyone struggling with weight or stubborn belly fat
  • Busy professionals or parents looking for realistic solutions
  • Those who feel “stuck” despite dieting or exercising
  • Individuals who want a more holistic, sustainable approach to weight management

 Wearable Required
