3rd Trimester - An Integrative Approach to the Third Trimester of Pregnancy

The prenatal and perinatal periods are precious and exciting seasons of life, accompanied by significant physical and emotional transitions, and present a unique opportunity to optimize one’s health and to give your baby the very best start. At Integrative Health and Wellbeing we have cultivated a series of shared medical appointments beginning from Trimester 0 (Fertility/Preconception), continuing throughout pregnancy (Trimesters 1-3), as well as Postpartum (Trimester 4).

During the Trimester Three session, we will continue our discussion on optimal nutrition.

We will discuss non-pharmacologic pain management options for labor and delivery as well as integrative approaches to post-dates prevention.

We will conclude with maternal post-partum recovery, post-natal nutrition, lactation, recommended infant formula options, and super baby food pearls.

This session is best attended from pregnancy week 27 and after.

This group visit is offered by Dr. Michelle Loy and Dr. Jillian Cohen

Since this is a medical visit, it is covered by most insurances and you would be responsible for co-pays/deductibles as you would for any in person physician visit.
