Physical activity is important to prevent heart disease and stroke. It has a positive effect of many of the risk factors for heart disease (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes and sedentary lifestyle). Participate in our weekly CardioFitness program for fun, invigorating physical activity. Classes alternate between Zumba and Piloxing. Exercise at your own pace.
Zumba is a latin-inspired dance fitness class. Zumba incorporates aerobic movements and dance to energetic music. Class is led by Jianjun Xie, certified Zumba Instructor.
Piloxing is a fusion of boxing, standing pilates and dance done to upbeat music. Class is led by Erin Treemarcki, certified Piloxing Instructor.
